Mr. Osborn established Property One in 1976 after several years experience with local real estate companies, including Union Associates, Multicon Properties Inc., Multicon Development Company, the Peter H. Edwards Company and two national banking organizations. Since establishing Property One, Mr. Osborn has managed real estate acquisitions and syndication exceeding $200 million and has created a management and leasing portfolio of more than one million square feet. In addition to his capacity as President and CEO of Property One, Mr. Osborn is the managing general partner of multiple partnerships and limited liability companies throughout Ohio. Mr. Osborn’s expertise includes all facets of commercial real estate, including real estate leasing and management, acquisitions, 1031 exchanges and development.
