Bio
Brent joined Pathfinder in 2015 and assists with financial underwriting and due diligence. Previously, Brent was a real estate finance consultant for White Cap Real Estate, where he focused on debt placement for the firm’s private equity fund. Brent also served as Vice President, Asset Management for White Cap, where he was responsible for overseeing an $80 million multi-tenant portfolio with over a million square feet. Brent previously held senior lending positions as Vice President, Commercial Lending for DMB Bank, McFarland State
Bank and Mid America Bank, where he originated and underwrote in excess of $200 million in real estate loans. He received a B.A. from the University of Colorado at Boulder in Anthropology.
