Bio
Bret began his real estate career with Grubb & Ellis Company in 1984 specializing in land and investment sales. In 1990, he transferred to the industrial division and has since specialized in the leasing and sales of industrial properties located in Napa County and Solano County. Bret has successfully invested in and developed commercial real estate. In 2012, Bret joined Colliers International in Fairfield and continues to specialize in investments, leasing, and sales of industrial product in Napa and Solano County. Bret was born in Woodland and now resides in Walnut Creek. He is a graduate of St. Mary’s College in Moraga, earning a degree in Business Administration. Bret and his wife Cindy have two boys, Francis and Giuliano. Bret enjoys traveling, farming, golf, gardening, swimming, and just being with his family. He is CCIM and is a member of various committees and church organizations.
