Brett Gardner specializes in originating and executing seniors housing property sales across the Unites States. Brett and his team have closed seniors housing investment sales totaling more than $15 billion. Bringing over 22 years of experience, Brett supports his clients’ transactions across the entire spectrum of active adult, senior living and skilled nursing facilities.
Mr. Gardner received a Bachelor of Science in anthropology and creative writing from the University of Oregon and has continued his education through certificate programs at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
