Brett’s path into real estate has been anything but conventional. After earning a degree in biology, he spent ten years in the medical field before shifting to education and athletics. He returned to his high school alma mater to teach science and coach football, which gave him the opportunity to lead and mentor students.

Brett made the move into commercial real estate with J.P. Weigand, where he quickly proved his ability to help clients buy, sell, and lease a wide range of properties, including land, industrial, retail, office, and restaurant spaces. Now three years into his real estate career, he’s already completed more than 100 transactions. His background in fast-paced, team-driven environments, paired with a sharp analytical mindset, has made him a strong asset to clients.

Brett earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Kansas, followed by a Master’s in Cardiovascular Science from Midwestern University and a Master’s in Teaching from Wichita State University. He is currently pursuing his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation to further deepen his expertise in the field.
