Brett Kahn, Managing Director, is Clarion’s Head of Asset Management – Housing. Based in Clarion’s Los Angeles office, Brett leads the Firm’s asset management platform for its housing portfolio and works closely with senior leadership to drive performance, investment strategy and innovation in the sector. Prior to joining Clarion, Brett was the Co-Head of the West region for an institutional investment manager, where he oversaw a portfolio of 41 million square feet of office, industrial and retail investments along with 11,000+ apartment units. Over his career, Brett has executed more than $5.5 billion in real estate transactions. Brett joined Clarion in 2025 and has 19 years of experience in the real estate industry. He is a member of the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity of Greater Los Angeles.
