Bio
Brett Lesley serves as Senior Vice President of Leasing at RCG Ventures, where he oversees the company's leasing platform and manages a team of leasing professionals responsible for the day-to-day leasing of the RCG portfolio. He also leads the firm's national accounts program, working closely with retailers to identify expansion opportunities, evaluate portfolio performance, and support tenant retention initiatives across the company's properties. Throughout his career, Mr. Lesley has been involved in leasing approximately 30 million square feet of retail real estate and has extensive experience in lease negotiation and tenant relations.
Prior to joining RCG Ventures in 2010, Mr. Lesley served as Vice President of Leasing for Madison Retail, an Atlanta-based retail development company, where he supervised leasing personnel and was responsible for leasing anchored retail developments throughout the Southeast. Earlier in his career, he held leasing positions with The Sembler Company, Thomas Enterprises, and Equity One, building experience across multiple facets of retail real estate leasing and asset strategy.
