Bio
Brett Levin joined Blueprint in 2017 and currently leads Blueprint’s Medical Properties team, providing real estate and business solutions for investors and providers throughout the healthcare real estate industry. Prior to advisory, Brett was a Senior Director on Blueprint’s industry-leading analytics team, helping position large and complex offerings across the seniors housing, skilled nursing, and medical property sectors. Brett also served as Blueprint’s General Counsel from 2022–2024, having spent the first 10 years of his career as a practicing litigation attorney, defending complex, multi-party personal injury lawsuits, as well as contract litigation for construction industry clients.
