Brett Magnuson has 17 years of Commercial Real Estate experience specializing in Valuations, Risk Management, Financial Planning/Reporting, New Business Equity Acquisitions, CMBS, and Asset Management. ?
Prior to Edison Equity Partners, Brett was with GE Real Estate as the Global Valuations Process Leader over a $35Bn+ Portfolio of assets where he managed the North American Quarterly Valuations and Financial Report out and led the respective teams across Europe and Asia to drive consistency.
Brett also underwrote $600MM+ of new business acquisitions for North America and worked on the CMBS Team which successfully Securitized 10 North American Debt transactions totaling $6.4Bn (690 loans).
