Brett joined International Management Company (IMC) in July 2017 as Vice President of Property Services to oversee the Brokerage and Property Management divisions. With over 20 years of experience in commercial, healthcare and multi-family real estate, Brett’s areas of expertise include; brokerage – leasing, asset / property management, contract negotiations, and acquisitions and dispositions. Prior to joining IMC Brett was responsible for directing and overseeing all real estate activities for Baptist Health’s 1.5 million square foot medical office portfolio. Brett has previously worked in asset/property management roles for some of the largest commercial real estate companies in the southeast, including Flagler Development, Crocker Partners, and Parkway Properties.
Brett is active in various real estate organizations including the National Association of Industrial and Office Space (NAIOP), Urban Land Institute (ULI), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Northeast Florida Association of Realtors (NEFAR), Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), and has served as Past President of the Building Owners and Managers Association – Jacksonville Chapter (BOMA).
