Brett Moss is a seasoned professional in the commercial real estate industry, currently serving as the Managing Director of Investment Sales for Berkadia’s Orlando, FL office. With over 20 years of experience, Brett has established himself as a trusted expert in the field. Brett specializes in multifamily housing and debt, as well as structured finance. His expertise in these areas has allowed him to facilitate over $7 billion in multi-housing transactions throughout his career. His exceptional performance has been recognized, earning him the CoStar Power Broker title from 2016 to 2023.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Brett held key positions at reputable organizations. From 2015 to 2020, he worked at HFF, LP, where he honed his skills and expanded his knowledge in the industry. Before that, he was with BMO Harris Bank from 2010 to 2015 and with Wachovia Bank’s Real Estate Investment Banking Group from 2004 to 2009.
Brett holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Florida and is an active member of the National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC), National Rental Home Council (NRHC), ULI Orlando’s Advisory Board, and NAIOP Orlando chapter.
