Brett Riemen is a Commercial Real Estate Broker with T. Wall Properties and is responsible for the leasing of existing properties and the pre-leasing of facilities that are online to be developed. Mr. Riemen has nine years of experience as a broker in the real estate industry, specializing in the sales & leasing of office, retail, and industrial businesses. Mr. Riemen's business portfolio continues to grow with over $20 million in closed transactions and over 700,000 square feet. Mr. Riemen graduated from the University of Wisconsin Whitewater with a degree in Real Estate and Finance.
Mr. Riemen is a licensed real estate broker, and serves on the board of the Commercial Brokers Group and the Commercial Association of Realtors - Wisconsin. Mr. Riemen is currently enrolled in the Certified Commercial Investment Member "CCIM" program and anticipates receiving the designation by the end of 2006. The CCIM members are among the elite commercial brokers and less than 10% of all brokers have the designation.
