Brett Strake is a native Houstonian and Vice President of NewQuest Properties who specializes in Tenant Representation. Brett has advised and represented restaurant groups and retailers in purchase and sale agreements, NNN leases & ground leases. Strake’s areas of expertise include providing clients with detailed market analysis, REC packages and master brokerage services. He has been in charge of several market roll-out strategies throughout the state of Texas and beyond. A graduate of Texas A&M with a BBA in Finance, Strake is a licensed real estate agent in the State of Texas.
