Brett Thomas serves as Associate Vice President at ArtHaus Partners, where he leads the firm’s acquisition team overseeing capital deployment initiatives.
Brett brings over eight years of experience and is responsible for managing the full acquisition lifecycle. His expertise spans a range of investment strategies including core+, value-add repositioning, student housing, workforce housing, and ground-up development.
Brett has a demonstrated track record of aligning investor objectives with hands-on execution. During his time at ArtHaus Partners, he has closed more than $550 million in transactions across over 27 acquisitions, representing more than 2,500 units and 3,500 beds.
