Brett Turner is the Senior Managing Director of Acquisitions & Dispositions at BKM Capital Partners and serves on the firm’s Executive Committee as well as Co-Chair of the Investment Committee. In this leadership role, Brett oversees the full investment lifecycle—including sourcing, underwriting, due diligence, and closing—for all commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions. Since helping to found BKM in 2013, Turner has helped drive the firm’s national expansion with more than $6.5 billion in transactions across the United States.
Turner brings over 20 years of industry experience, with expertise spanning acquisitions, dispositions, finance, development, asset management, environmental remediation, and leasing. Brett has successfully executed over 35 million square feet across hundreds of transactions nationwide, reflecting a disciplined approach to underwriting, value-add execution, and sustainable portfolio growth.
