Brett Vinzant joined Wellspring in 2021 and handles retail project leasing, tenant representation and general brokerage throughout the greater Houston area. Vinzant's experience includes working as a member of the brokerage team for the Weitzman Group, as well as an internship with Houston-based Fidelis Realty Partners, where he assisted the leasing team.
Previously, Brett graduated with a BBA in Finance from the Mays Business School at Texas A&M, where he was also an active member of Phi Gamma Delta. Brett grew up in Katy, and enjoys playing golf and supporting Aggie athletics.
