Brian Brady brings over 30 years of experience in capital markets to his role at eXp Commercial. He has arranged financing for the nation's top investors and developers. While he arranges financing for all asset classes, his specific expertise in hospitality properties is enhanced by a network of: preferred equity capital providers, CMBS lenders, banks and credit unions, debt funds, and the leading SBA 504 lenders.
He has arranged financing for a 10-room motel in coastal Southern California to a ground up, flagged hotel construction project on Florida's Gulf Coast
Brian is a licensed real estate broker in AL, CA, and FL and an NMLS licensed originator. He has helped independent commercial real estate brokers secure financing for their clients for over 15 years. Prior to that, Brian served as a national sales manager for a retail residential mortgage lender.
