Brian Cardoza joined Rooker in 2014 as Vice President and he is responsible for the leasing and marketing of the company's real estate portfolio. Before joining Rooker, he spent over 7 years with Prologis, a Fortune 1000 company that owns, manages and develops industrial facilities. During his time at Prologis, Brian was responsible for marketing and leasing 9 million square feet and he was involved in over 400 deals that generated $140 million in revenue.
In addition to Brian's real estate experience, he brings extensive knowledge in economic development. He has recruited business and industry to the state of Georgia as well as to Fayette County, where he served as President/CEO of the Fayette County Development Authority.
