Brian Clement leads acquisitions for LBX Investments. In this role, he is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and transacting on new investment opportunities.
Prior to joining the firm, he was a consultant at McKinsey & Company, where he led strategy work for numerous real estate clients.
Brian began his career in real estate at Greystar, where he closed over $1 billion in multifamily acquisitions, helped manage its global development business, and played a key role in the $4.6 billion acquisition of EdR, a leading student housing REIT.
He grew up in Central Florida and resides in Darien, Connecticut with his wife and two sons.
