Brian founded Concept Companies October of 2004 with Concept Construction. After constructing numerous residential, commercial and industrial projects in various parts of the US Brian began investing in real estate which led to the birth of Concept Development. Since 2009 Brian has been responsible for developing over 250 projects and more than 2,000,000 sf of commercial space including retail, office, industrial and research facilities.
