His practice specializes in retail, medical, investment, and land transactions, where he is known for delivering consistent, measurable results for property owners, investors, and occupiers.
Brian’s deep understanding of the Fredericksburg and Northern Virginia markets, combined with long-standing relationships among key public- and private-sector stakeholders, enables him to provide strategic, data-driven representation to both landlords and tenants. His approach is grounded in market expertise, disciplined execution, attention to detail, and decisive problem-solving, all reinforced by a strong commitment to integrity and client advocacy. Born and raised in the Washington, DC metropolitan area, Brian is a cum laude graduate of James Madison University, where he earned a degree in Mass Communications. He remains actively involved in both professional and community organizations, including the Fredericksburg Area Association of Realtors, REALTORS® Commercial Alliance, the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and the Leadership Fredericksburg Alumni Association. Brian also serves as a coach and leader with Upward Sports and Spotsylvania County Little League, and is actively involved at LifePoint Church in Fredericksburg, where he serves within Kingdom Builders and mentors students through LifePoint College.
