Bio
Brian Daly is a Senior Associate with the Industrial Services division in Stream’s Chicago office. In this role, Brian represents institutional landlords, alternative asset managers, and local and multi-market occupiers in the strategy and execution of their industrial real estate objectives. His focus includes tenant/buyer representation, agency leasing, property redevelopment, and land procurement and development.
Prior to joining Stream, Brian worked as a Vice President for Transwestern, where he advised operators and developers around the Chicagoland area. Throughout his career, Brian has completed transactions totaling more than $200 million in consideration across the Chicago metropolitan area.
Outside of his professional role, Brian is actively involved in community programs. He volunteers with Special Olympics, serving as both a coach and referee, and also coaches basketball at the high school and grade school levels.
