Brian Dawson serves as Chief Executive Officer of GBT Realty Corporation, a role he assumed in May 2025. As CEO, he leads the firm’s overall strategy and operations following a leadership transition in which founder George Tomlin moved into the roles of Founder, President, and Chairman.
Prior to joining GBT Realty, Mr. Dawson served as Interim Chief Executive Officer of Hoffman & Associates, a real estate development firm. Earlier in his career, he was Senior Managing Director of Capital Markets at JLL, and previously held senior leadership roles at Cushman & Wakefield, including Senior Managing Director and Market Leader for the Washington, D.C. region, as well as Executive Director.
