* Represented Consulate of Brazil in Beverly Hills in a 12-year lease for 20,000 SF valued at $9.7 million.
*Represented seller in sale of Beverly Hills medical building for $2.7 million.
*Represented buyer of Beverly Hills office building for $4.4 million.
* Represented buyer of 8484 Wilshire, a 10-story 208,000 SF Beverly Hills office building for $18.7 million and served as owner's Portfolio Asset Manager & Property Manager for 6 years.
* Secured financing of $30 million for 8484 Wilshire in BH.
* Managed construction of a major first-class $50 million, 48,500 SF Gardena, CA casino.
* Disposition Specialist: Arranged sale of over 1 million SF of Great Western Bank REO properties including 1100 Wilshire (200,000 SF) for $19 million and other Hollywood properties totaling $15 million.
* Director of Leasing for a national syndication company with high-rise office buildings in Beverly Hills and Westwood, CA totaling 2.6 million SF & leased office space valued at $50 million.
*Formed limited partnerships, acted as a general partner, consultant or broker for real estate developments including the Mirabella (114 condos $65 million), Dorchester (108 condos $60 million) Park Glen (18 condos $5 million) and
the Westvale (12 condominiums $4 million).
* Managed high-net-worth family portfolio of multi-family, office, and land valued at $20 million.
