Brian Finnegan brings an extensive and varied commercial real estate background. Active in a commercial real estate brokerage since 1989, his broad experience includes office, retail, industrial and investment brokerage. In addition, he has earned the designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). Brian specializes in corporate representation, investment sales and retail leasing. His extensive experience has allowed him to act as an exclusive representative for numerous national clients, including McDonald’s, Subway, and First Western Development.
Since 1995, He has completed over $225 million in commercial real estate transactions. He has represented Buyers and Sellers and Landlords and Tenants. He has specialized in retail leasing, sales and investment in the northwest Washington region.
