Brian Hatcher, Kidder Mathews’ president and COO, is responsible for all regions of the brokerage division encompassing over 470 brokers in five states on the West Coast, as well as all corporate operational departments. Brian joined Kidder Mathews in 1997 and was promoted to regional president of the Northwest brokerage division in 2011, overseeing brokerage operations, recruitment, and development of all service lines in Washington and Oregon. He has been a long-time member of Kidder Mathews’ strategic planning committee and a past board member.
Prior to his current executive leadership role at Kidder Mathews, Brian was a top producing agent with the firm and a leader in landlord and office tenant representation, having exclusively represented tenants such as Sprint, AT&T, Bunzl Papercraft, HDR Engineers, PACCAR, and Univar.
Brian attended both the University of Washington and Seattle University, receiving his Bachelor of Science degree in finance. In addition to being one of the top producing brokers in the Puget Sound, he is strongly committed to community service as well as the real estate industry. He is an active member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and serves as chair of the Commercial Brokers Association’s board. He also served as vice president and president of the Washington state chapter of SIOR and is a past board member of YMCA of Snohomish County.
