Brian Hollings joined CenterPoint in 2011 as Development Manager and later became Vice President of the East Region Development Team. He oversees the entire development process, including finding new land sites, entitlements, leasing, infrastructure, land development, building construction, and closeout in CenterPoint’s East Region.
Since joining, Brian has been involved in every major development project in CenterPoint’s East Region. He has completed and developed over 4.8 MSF of vertical development and 50 acres of container yards.
Brian received his bachelor’s in architecture from Florida International University.
