Brian possesses vast experience in the successful disposition of a wide breadth of commercial real estate with a primary focus on multi-family assets, including: existing conventional properties, student housing, affordable communities, and multi-family development sites throughout the region. Brian has led, or been meaningfully involved in, the analysis and disposition of over $1B in CRE including 10,000+ multifamily units.
He graduated from the University of Central Florida with a B.S.B.A. in Finance and is an active member in numerous real estate organizations within his region.
