Brian Malliet is the CEO, CIO, and founder of BKM Capital Partners. As a leader on BKM’s Investment Committee, Mr. Malliet has guided the firm’s strategic growth, scaling the platform into the largest multi-tenant light industrial owner and operator in the United States and building a leading fully vertically integrated operating platform spanning 20 regional US markets. With more than 35 years of commercial real estate and investment experience, Malliet has acquired nearly 300 multi-tenant light industrial properties in the United States valued at approximately $8 billion.
Before founding BKM, Malliet was co-owner and chief investment and operations officer at Voit Real Estate Services and founded BKM Development Co., a leading Orange County based real estate developer specializing in light industrial business parks.
