Brian Mayer specializes in acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing on behalf of businesses and property owners in the health & wellness industry. Within this broad field, Brian partners with people, businesses and investors in the areas of healthcare, holistic & integrative practices, psychedelic therapy, fitness & movement, education & research, nutrition, organic food production & farming, as well as community & support groups. In addition, Brian enjoys working with retailers and restauranteurs aligned with holistic & organic practices.
Through his relationships with his company’s capital markets team, Brian also assists business owners and investors with their financing needs including SBA, owner-user, conventional, bridge and CMBS loans, as well as offering various re-financing programs.
Brian has a strong passion and drive to help the health & wellness community grow. The world continues to see rising rates of mental illness, heart disease, cancer, obesity and suicide. But it is through an expansion of quality health practitioners, food producers, educators, and retailers that will aid in stabilizing these pervasive issues, and eventually bring true healing and optimal health on a global scale.
Brian was born and raised in the greater Seattle-area where he now lives with his wife, Paula, and golden retriever, Wayne. In his spare time, he loves hiking, camping, climbing, snowboarding, and reading.
