Brian Munin is the Managing Director of Investments & Asset Management, responsible for leading the underwriting, structuring, and financing of investment opportunities for the company. Brian joined the company in November 2021.
In previous positions with R2 Companies and Equity Commonwealth, Mr. Munin managed closed-end real estate funds, capital markets and acquisitions, and assisted in the takeover of a $6 billion externally managed REIT.
He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and Kellogg Real Estate Alumni Network.
