During that time, Brian founded a nationally renowned industrial brokerage firm which he led for more than 15 years before merging with Colliers International in 2018. While at Colliers, Brian was instrumental in collaborating with Glenstar on their Tri-County 75 development in Fort Myers, which broke ground earlier this spring.
Throughout his career, Brian has executed occupier strategy and site selection on many of the largest industrial leases in North America. He has successfully negotiated over $750M of industrial leases across 70 major markets
