Brian Oh is a certified real estate agent representing homeowners, prospective homeowners, and commercial real estate investors in the Greater Vancouver region. Dedicated to fostering long-lasting relationships, Brian is recognized for his client-centric philosophy and analytical acumen in sourcing high-quality properties and/or buyers, and working alongside clients through each phase to negotiate successful outcomes. These qualities have been instrumental in clients seeking out his expertise and entrusting him with running end-to-end transaction processes for diverse needs across property purchasing, sale, and investing.
Brian originally hails from South Korea, and previously worked for a large South Korean chemicals company – SK Chemicals – for 9 years as a Senior Manager in Marketing and Global Business Development. Here, Brian steered the company’s expansion roadmap across both organic and M&A initiatives to successfully grow revenues and market share in a highly competitive landscape. To this end, he brings with him a solid track record of originating and executing 3 acquisitions/joint venture transactions, and coordinating cross-functional project teams to facilitate successful close and integration. Since switching gears to become a realtor, this extensive transaction and project management expertise has been fundamental to understanding unique client requirements, and providing relevant, cutting-edge market intelligence to help them make informed decisions.
Brian graduated from McGill University with a Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, and has previously worked as a Process Engineer in Toronto. He also holds a Diploma in Accounting from the University of California Los Angeles, and passed the AICPA exam in 2009.
