I spent 30 years managing billions. Now I put that same institutional discipline to work for commercial and residential property owners across Las Vegas.
As SVP Portfolio Manager at Hennessy Advisors, I oversaw $7B in assets, led a team of 16, and made decisions that affected thousands of investors. I appeared regularly on CNBC, Bloomberg, and Fox Business. I negotiated 200+ brokerage platform contracts and ran two oversubscribed equity raises in six months as President of a Canadian public company.
Then I came home to Las Vegas — and realized the same analytical rigor that institutional investors take for granted simply doesn’t exist in most real estate practices. So I built it.
