Mr. Raczynski has leased over 2 million square feet of office space in the metro Phoenix market on behalf of his institutional clients. His efforts have increased his clients gross revenues by over $120 million. He has managed assets for some of the country''s most active pension and endowment funds including The State of Connecticut Trust funds, New Hampshire Retirement System, Trinity College Endowment Fund and Reynolds Metals.
