Brian Reaney is a Senior Vice President with the Tenant Representation division in Stream’s Chicago office. In this role, Brian represents local, regional, and national occupiers, advising them on strategic office and industrial real estate decisions aligned with their broader business objectives. Brian’s focus includes tenant advisory, portfolio strategy, lease negotiations, and multi-market transaction execution.
Prior to joining Stream, Brian served as a Managing Director at Newmark and previously worked in brokerage roles at CBRE and Grubb & Ellis. With more than a decade of commercial real estate experience, Brian has advised clients across a wide range of industries, including technology, manufacturing, medtech, insurance, and food services, delivering customized, results-driven real estate solutions.
