He is responsible for establishing and executing the leasing strategy for all assets across Savanna’s portfolio, where his focus is on revenue growth across all investments. At Savanna, Mr. Reiver has led the leasing strategy for over 15M SF of both office and retail properties across over 15 investments. In addition, he supports asset management and repositioning initiatives across assets. Mr. Reiver joined Savanna in 2013 following ten years at Jones Lang LaSalle where he specialized in landlord agency engagements throughout New York City and tenant representation transactions throughout the United States. Mr. Reiver received a BA in Business Administration with Concentration in Finance from Boston University and a MS in Real Estate Finance from New York University, where he graduated with honors.
