Mr. Silberman’s 20 years in the hotel industry enables him to offer effective consulting and advisory services concerning the valuation and financing for the acquisition and disposition of hotels, resorts, gaming, golf, and leisure properties. His prior experience with various hotel brands and chains brings the competitive edge to CBRE Hotels. Prior to joining CBRE in early 2006, Mr. Silberman served as Vice-President of Business Development for both Cendant Corporation and Bass Worldwide. During his tenure, he was responsible for franchise sales in major markets across the country.
