At Lee & Associates, Brian specializes in the sale and leasing of industrial, logistics, R&D/flex and office properties in the East Bay. He also has valued expertise in investments, land, and special purpose/storage properties. Brian’s geographic focus includes Contra Costa County, Solano & Napa counties, and the Tri-Valley region of Alameda County. He also has valued expertise in investments, land, and special purpose/Storage properties. Brian has been a commercial real estate advisor since 2006 with the primary goal of building lasting relationships with his clients and bringing critical value to every deal. Brian has completed more than 500 transactions during his career. He earned the coveted CCIM designation in October of 2011, and the prestigious SIOR designation in 2022. Brian is active in CRE trade organizations and monitors local and national CRE trends. In his spare time, Brian enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children. He enjoys coaching Youth Sports, as well as family visits to the mountains and tropics whenever possible.
Education
Brian is an East Bay native and graduated from San Ramon Valley High School in 1997. He later attended the University of Arizona graduating in 2001 with a bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing.
