Bio
Brian Wallace joined York in 2007 and brings a relationship-driven, results-focused approach to his work. He enjoys identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships with both landlords and tenants, and guiding transactions from initial concept through successful completion. Brian is particularly motivated by setting clear goals and navigating deals to the finish line.
Throughout his career, Brian has worked with a wide range of notable clients and projects, including the Food Bank of Central and Eastern North Carolina, Movement Mortgage, Powerhouse Square, Death & Taxes, Sam Jones BBQ, Brewery Bhavana, Slingshot Coffee, Untapped, Fairview Investment Services, and Raleigh Union Station.
Brian is actively involved in the commercial real estate community and holds memberships with the Triangle Commercial Association of Realtors (TCAR) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI). He is also a graduate of Leadership Raleigh (Class 33) and previously served as a board member for the City of Raleigh Museum.
He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of Charleston in 1999.
Outside of work, Brian enjoys spending time with his family and taking advantage of everything the Triangle has to offer. His ideal Saturday includes a visit to the farmer’s market with his family, an afternoon on the golf course, and finishing the day grilling and listening to music with friends. Brian and his wife, Helen, have a daughter, Kate. His hobbies include golfing, surfing, snow skiing, and boating—anything that keeps him outdoors.
