Brian is the portfolio manager for the U.S. Cities Retail Strategy, focusing on retail and mixed use investments while overseeing the overall strategy and performance of the platform.
Brian has been with Nuveen for 10 years, most recently overseeing the New York office team and portfolio, along with managing fund investments across multiple asset classes with an alternative investment manager. Previously, Brian worked on originations and asset management on the debt platform within Nuveen. Prio to Nuveen, Brian worked for ACRES Capital, overseeing the debt asset management platform and at Capital One, managing a national portfolio of structured loans.
