Brian Wilcox joined Lincoln Property Company as Senior Vice President of Healthcare for the Southeast Region. For the past 15 years, Brian has served as Vice President with Holladay Properties as the Broker of Record in Florida, overseeing the entire healthcare brokerage platform and team throughout the state. His areas of specialty are healthcare project leasing, asset management, acquisitions, dispositions, market analysis, new development analysis, portfolio and financial analysis, property management, and property valuation.
Throughout his career, Brian has worked with a multitude of clients including Healthpeak Properties, Welltower, Physicians Realty Trust, Catalyst, Remedy, Montecito, Harrison Street, Woodside Health/Crescendo, Community Healthcare Trust, ONICX Development, Flagship Properties, Orbvest, and more. Brian joined Holladay in 2011 after his four-year career with DASCO Companies, previously based in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. During his 19-year healthcare real estate career, he has been directly responsible for closing over 2,200 commercial transactions.
