Bio
Brian Wilson joined Holt Lunsford Commercial in 2024 as a Managing Principal on the Tenant Representation team. He has completed more than $300 Million of real estate transactions throughout the course of his career, representing companies in the private and public sectors.
Brian began his commercial real estate career as part of the Tenant Advisory Group at Cushman & Wakefield and most recently was the Managing Director of Whitebox Real Estate. He dedicates his time to helping clients with their corporate real estate requirements including lease renewals, relocations, expansions, dispositions, and acquisitions.
Brian earned his MBA and BBA from Sam Houston State University and is a Texas Real Estate Commission license holder. Brian also is a member of The TouchDown Club of Dallas and the Commanderie de Bordeaux – DFW Chapter.
