Brian Young, SIOR, CCIM, serves as Executive Vice President/Principal at Lee & Associates Greenville/Spartanburg, bringing more than 28 years of commercial real estate experience specializing in industrial brokerage, investment sales, leasing, and advisory services. Throughout his career, he has completed billions in transaction volume, representing institutional owners, investors, developers, landlords, tenants, and corporate users across the Upstate and in markets nationwide. His expertise spans industrial, office, and land transactions, with a strategic approach focused on delivering practical, results-driven solutions for his clients.
Brian earned bachelor's degrees in Real Estate and Marketing from the University of South Carolina. Before joining Lee & Associates, he founded Sojourner Properties after serving in leadership roles with Cushman & Wakefield and Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, where he established and led the firm's Greenville office before expanding operations into Columbia. He has extensive experience advising institutional and private clients while leading brokerage teams, growing market presence, and executing complex transactions.
