Brian Zoubek is the Owner and founder of Zoubek Properties. Mr. Zoubek is responsible for the strategic direction of the firm, overseeing new acquisitions, construction, and management of existing portfolio properties. Before beginning his investment career, Mr. Zoubek worked at Cushman & Wakefield under the Chairman of Global Brokerage, Bruce Mosler. Mr. Zoubek holds a Master’s in Real Estate Finance and Investment from NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate. He has been investing in real estate since 2011 and currently maintains a portfolio of multi–family and mixed-use buildings in Center City Philadelphia and the surrounding neighborhoods. Brian is a graduate of Duke University where he was starting center for the 2010 Men’s Basketball National Championship team.
