Britt Gillespie is a Director, working in all aspects of the brokerage of multifamily investments in the Southeast, including principal relationships, effective due diligence management, and tracking the ever-evolving multifamily markets.
Britt has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience, having first entered the field in 2003 in Phoenix, Arizona. Beginning his career in commercial land sales, including annexation and rezoning processes in multiple municipalities, he spent five years with the top multifamily investment sales team at Newmark Knight Frank. During this time, his team successfully closed 3,000+ units for more than $140 million. To date, he has been a part of more than $450 million in successful commercial real estate transactions.
