Brogan became a fully qualified Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer in June 2017, having been with Graham + Sibbald since he graduated from Aberdeen University in 2014. He has an honours degree in Real Estate, with his dissertation topic focused on the valuation of Public Houses and an analysis of all factors affecting these. This research provided a knowledge base which prepared him for working with the Licensed + Leisure department of Graham + Sibbald, a department which continues to grow and provide exciting work. He thoroughly enjoys his daily agency work and the client facing aspect of it, as he welcomes meeting and dealing with anyone associated with the trade. Brogan understands the needs of anyone who engages with him, and will provide them with full and considered service.
