Brooke Ladouceur – Broker, Worthington Real Estate
Brooke Ladouceur is a Weatherford native and fifth-generation resident of Parker County with deep roots and strong connections throughout the community. She graduated from Texas Christian University in 2005, earned her real estate license in 2009, and obtained her broker license in 2018.
Brooke has spent more than a decade serving as president of two different homeowners associations and continues to give back through volunteer leadership roles on several local nonprofit and community boards, including involvement with the Weatherford Chamber of Commerce.
Through Worthington Realty, Brooke has helped develop residential communities including Summit Ranch and Bluebonnet Ridge. Known for her loyalty, integrity, and deep local knowledge, Brooke is passionate about helping clients find the perfect place to call home.
