Brooks F. McCabe, Jr. is the Managing Member and Broker of West Virginia Commercial, LLC, the successor to McCabe-Henley, LP, specializing in brokerage and property management. He is also General Partner of McCabe Land Company, LP, which holds a diverse portfolio of commercial properties, land, and mineral interests throughout West Virginia. With more than four decades in commercial and investment real estate, Mr. McCabe is widely recognized for his leadership in adaptive reuse and historic rehabilitation. His projects include the revitalization of Charleston’s Historic Village District and Fairmont’s Historic District. In recognition of his impact, he was named West Virginia Real Estate Entrepreneur of the Year in 1995 by Inc. Magazine and Ernst & Young, alongside Rudy Henley.
Education
Brooks holds the academic degrees of Doctor of Education from West Virginia University, with concentration in planning and community development, and Master of Education (Education Administration) and Bachelor of Science (Management Engineering).
