Bio
Brooks brings a mix of real estate development, investment sales, and acquisitions experience to Partners. He joins us from Atlanta-based Greenstone Properties, where he focused on core mixed-use developments featuring office, hotel, multifamily, and entertainment components. Prior to Greenstone, Brooks lived in New York and helped deploy over $500 million of capital for a private real estate fund in New York City, achieving 3x growth within 12 months. Brooks began his career with Cushman & Wakefield’s Southeast multifamily capital markets team where he built a strong foundation for our industry.
Brooks is a graduate of The University of Georgia, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance & Real Estate
